When I imported PMID 25575542, I got the attached message.
I logged off from EBMS and logged in again after some time and was able to import citations.
I'm going to mark this as resolved, cannot reproduce.
I think the problem was that the system experienced a transitory event of running out of memory in its cache of PHP scripts. I don't have any idea why that happened. It might have been some bug in the system "memcache" program (not part of the EBMS itself), or some rare alignment of the planets that put a momentary overload on the server.
It hasn't been reported again so I don't think anything needs to be changed and, without being able to reproduce it, I wouldn't know what to change anyway.
Hopefully, we won't see this again.
Minaxi/Alan, should we close this one too and mark it as "won't fix" if it hasn't been reproduced? (Minaxi, you are good at finding these once-in-a-blue-moon problems 🙂!)
I have not seen this error again, and hopefully it won't occur again.
So yes, we should close the issue if Alan agrees.
Minaxi
Yes, I agree with closing it. I'll go ahead and do that.
