Report Name: Citations Eliminated by NOT Journal Lists
Report Description: List the number of citations eliminated by NOT
Journal Lists for each Board. Also list the grand total number of unique
citations completely eliminated by the NOT Journal lists where
completely eliminated means the citations does not get a status of ready
to review for any board.
This is an issue for the backlog.

Hi Robin,
Minaxi and I just discussed this and we decided that We no longer need
this report. With the addition of the “NOT Listed Only” checkbox in the
Admin Search section, we can generate the same statistics we need
regarding the citations excluded by the NOT Journal lists.
So this item can be closed.
