I got drupal error when i edit the report# in the url.
steps:
Go to https://ebms-qa.nci.nih.gov/reports/import
select the board and topics in the filter fields and click submit
button.
report results was displayed.
On url bar, enter 113 (eg) in the url and click enter
eg: https://ebms-qa.nci.nih.gov/reports/import/113
actul: system throw an error.

You're not supposed to edit the URL by hand. Earlier reports were created with different requirements, and the report criteria for those obsolete reports are not compatible with the new version of the software.
