We would like to add a link to a pdf of the Reimbursement Request to the top of the Reimbursement Request page. Because so many changes are being made to the text at the top of the page, I'm not sure exactly where the link to the pdf should go. Can you post it where you think it should go, or should it wait until I can review the text? If you let me know where I should post the form so you can add it, I'll do so. Thanks.

You may also print and submit a PDF of the reimbursement request form.
Enhancement implemented on DEV; ready for user review.
For deployment, this ticket (and OCEEBMS-130) require manual posting of the document and editing of the webform. These are steps I can do myself on the upper tiers, without requiring any assistance from CBIIT.
