EBMS Tickets

There's a typo in the explanatory text for non-NCI Board members. (...with a problem related to an NCI system call the PDQ Editorial Board Management System (EBMS)....)".

However, since we are updating the SSO login, this text now applies to non-NIH Board members.

Please change the wording for this block to the following:

NON-NIH USERS:

Your EBMS username is your first and last name separated by a space (e.g., John Smith).

Your password can be changed using the NCI password reset tool. You will need your NCI username to change your password. Your NCI username is not the same as your EBMS username. Contact your Board manager if you do not know your NCI username.

For assistance, call the NIH help desk at 301-496-4357 and explain that you are not able to log into an NCI system called the PDQ Editorial Board Management System (EBMS).
