We would like to limit the documents available to be linked to a meeting agenda (or any WYSIWYG page) to those documents that are active (meaning they haven't been archived or deleted).
We're giving this the number of story points we've assigned because we're looking at the code, which we thought would already be doing what is requested here, and can't see why it's not.
Note to self: see ebms_ckeditor_link_ebms_file_autocomplete() in ebms.module.
I tried to reproduce the behavior implied by this request, but was unsuccessful. I renamed an existing document with a title which I knew would be unique in the system. Then I initiated the CREATE EVENT action, and in the field for the agenda I clicked on the link button and started typing the unique part of the renamed document's title and the document appeared as the only candidate for linking. I backed out of the CREATE EVENT action and went back to the MANAGE DOCUMENT page, where I clicked on the DELETE action (this doesn't really remove the document from the system, it merely sets the "drop_flag" column to suppress or "archive" it). I went back into the CREATE EVENT page, and again clicked on the link button for the agenda field. This time when I started typing the unique portion of the document I had deleted, the list of matching documents was empty, as it should be for the requested functionality. Is the behavior different on the production system?
I'm unable to reproduce the problem, too. Closing this issue.
