TIR #2413 created 2013-02-27 by Minaxi Trivedi
5. I am a bit confused about what the Save and Refresh buttons are actually doing on the Citations in my Que page. Save seems to be recording the reject/pass decisions in the database and updating the que to show only citations that are still requiring reject/pass decisions. Refresh seems to be just refreshing the page. Any checks remain and the list of citations remains the same. And I am assuming that maybe the reject/pass decisions are recorded as well. If this is in fact what is happening then the functionality of these two buttons need to be swapped. Save should save the reject/pass decisions but keep the list and checks as is on the page. Refresh should save the reject/pass decisions and then update the que to show only citations that are still requiring reject/pass decisions.
Minaxi, I think this issue was fixed in the recent patch. Could you please confirm? Thanks.
Currently there is a "Submit" button at the top of the queue and a "Save" at the bottom. They both save the decisiona recorded and refresh the queue. Not sure if one is intended to do something different, but from what I can see they are functioning in the same way.
Thanks, Cynthia. The same is true for the Board manager queue. Both buttons do the same thing and should say SUBMIT rather than SAVE. I just added this to OCEEBMS-35 so we can fix the button in both queues at the same time. I will close this issue since it is now a duplicate.
