Vanessa contacted me because she is unable to upload files to the Audio directory. It appears to me that the directory permission hasn't been setup properly but the owner of the directory (cdroperator) isn't able to adjust the permissions.
We need to involve CBIIT to have this resolved.
Note: This is on the current sFTP server (cancerinfo.nci.nih.gov)
CBIIT thinks that Vanessa should be able to connect to the new server. I contacted her to have her test this out and let me know if the issue has been resolved.
Going back-and-forth with CBIIT. They said Vanessa should be able to upload files now because there was a disk storage issue that's now resolved. However, there was never a disk storage issue for Vanessa but a permission issue.
I contacted the person at CBIIT to pick up this ticket again now that we've switched to the new sFTP server.
I pinged the person who last contacted me regarding Vanessa's account to find out if there is any progress on this ticket.
