For some reason, we uploaded re-recorded audio files to the sftp this morning, and while the folder name is displayed in the CDR report on PROD, clicking on the link to review the audio files generates and empty report. I am not sure if this is a data error or a system error.
To reproduce
Upload a new set of audio files to the sftp server or use the existing one Week_2024_47_Rev1.zip
Navigate to CIAT/OCC > Audio > Audio Review Glossary Term
Click on Week_2024_47_Rev1.zip in the File name column
Notice that the new page that opens does not contain any audio files to review
Acceptance criteria
Upload a new set of audio files to the sftp server or use the existing one Week_2024_47_Rev1.zip
Navigate to CIAT/OCC > Audio > Audio Review Glossary Term
Click on Week_2024_47_Rev1.zip in the File name column
Glossary term pronunciations should be displayed for review
This is not a bug; it's a data error. If you look at the sheet in
Week_2024_47.xlsx you'll see that there are eight columns (as there are
for all the preceding workbooks). However, if you look at
Week_2004_47_Rev1.xslx you can see that none of the rows have more than
seven columns. Doesn't seem like she's ever done this before, but for
some reason she must have looked at this sheet and said to herself.
"Look at that column labeled Notes (Vanessa). It's
empty, and just taking up wasted space. I'm going to remove it." And so
she did remove it. And the software, which skips over rows
which have fewer than eight columns (in order to avoid trying to process
extra rows added inadvertently with random comments or other extraneous
information), ended up with what you see on the review page. Get her to
provide you with a fresh set with the column structure in the workbook's
sheet intact (or fix it yourself) and we'll figure out how to install
it. We'll either have to remove the row in the
term_audio_zipfile
table which indicates that all the rows
for the set are already in the database, or we'll need to do a new set
named Week_2004_47_Rev2. I suspect that just clicking Save on the review
page with the empty table will mark the set as done and we can proceed
with the Rev2 set.
Thanks Bob! We've fix the issue and now they are displaying correctly.
Excellent. I assume you've reminded Vanessa that she needs to keep the structure of the spreadsheet intact, right? 😉
