Please note that this is in the "nice to have" category and can wait until after the Riemann release or at a much later time.
Please modify the Update Pre-Medline Citations utility page to add a submit button, so that it does run automatically when a user clicks on the report from the menu.
Acceptance Criteria
CIAT/OCC > Utilities >
Click on Update Pre-Medline Citations
Click Submit to run the utility
This is an excellent suggestion, and it fits right in with one of the goals of the updated CDR Admin interface, namely, to have as few pages as possible do anything surprising (including taking a long time to display) when first invoked from the menu. Since this ticket is closely related to OCECDR-5350, and the two tickets conflict with each other somewhat, I have adapted the proposed wording for the instructions from the related ticket to conform to the changes requested for this ticket. I also named the new button Check, because in this context Submit would be ambiguous and confusing. I have done the work for both tickets and installed the results on DEV. If you agree that this meets your requirements, I'll add the changes to QA and Riemann. Probably shouldn't wait too long to get back to me for these tickets, as we're getting down to the wire for Riemann.
I've rolled back the status for a few documents on DEV, so you have something to test with. I left one of those documents locked, so one of them should show up on the report as having failed and will therefore be left in the list under the main form when the Check button is clicked again (if I remember correctly how the logic works).
I believe you meant to write "... so that it does not run automatically ...."
Would it make more sense for the bulleted list in the instructions to be a numbered list?
Looks good on DEV. Unless you feel strongly about making it a numbered list, I would leave it as is. Either way works for me. Thanks!
Installed on QA.
Verified on QA. Thanks!
