As a summary editor, I want to be able to run a summary QC report and have the option to select to see all the Summary Refs and/or all Summary Fragment Refs in the summary so that I will be able to QC them more effectively.
Scenario: Summary QC reports are able to display Summary Refs and Summary Fragment Refs
Given I am a CDR summary editor
And I have permissions to create or modify summaries
When I create or modify a summary that has Summary Ref or Summary Fragment Refs
And I run a Bold Underline or Red Line/ Strike Out report
And I select to the option to see the links in the summary
Then I want to be able to see the links at the end of the report
If I understand this correctly, you'd like this to work similar to the option to "Display glossary terms at end of report" or "Display Level of Evidence terms"?
Which display should be the default?
Could you please describe a little more what you mean by "I want to see the links..."? What kind of display are you imagining, sort order, include attributes, how to deal with duplicates, etc?

The default is to not display the information.

We would to be able to click on a link for it go to the right document or right section of the document. I will try a provide a mock up of the display we expect.

I will finish up the report once ~oseipokuw provided the details of what should be displayed.
~oseipokuw, have you had a chance to think about how you would like to have the SummaryRefs displayed?
Please display it in a table format indicating the section the refs are found in the document. Please let me know if this is OK or you want me to come up with a more detailed display suggestion.
I've modified the filters to display a table with the information of the SummaryRef and SummaryFragmentRef elements.
This is ready for review on DEV.
