Users have reported receiving email notifications from the summary translation queue late sometimes. Most of the time, email notifications are received almost immediately but sometimes it takes more than 30 mins to receive the email notifications on PROD. I have not been able to reproduce this behavior on the lower tiers but will be on the lookout on PROD for when it happens again.
We determined that this issue has to do with the NIH email service and not the CDR.
