Removed from PROD. Let me know when you have identified the other actions/groups you said could be dropped, ~oseipokuw .
In the Manage Actions category we can remove:
UPLOAD ZIP CODES
In the Manage Query Term Definitions category we can remove all the query terms that begin with
/CTGovProtocol/
/InScopeProtocol/
/OutOfScopeProtocol/
/GENETICSPROFESSIONAL/ID
I have attached the list as copied from the interface.
I have removed the UPLOAD ZIP CODES action (as well as the ZIP CODE MAINTAINERS group, for which that was the only action), and the query term definitions you listed (as well as the '/ScientificProtocol%' query term definitions). This is all done on PRODUCTION, and my plan it to let the results of the pruning flow down to the lower tiers as part of refreshes (which we will be testing on QA shortly as part of the SQL Server upgrade), rather than doing the pruning manually on each of the lower tiers.
Verified on PROD. This is has been completed on PROD. I will proceed to close the ticket. Thanks!
I just realized that there are more items we can remove from the Manage Groups interface so I am re-opening this ticket.
CTGov Duplicate Notification
CTGov Export Arms Notification
CTGov Export Notification
CTGov Link Fix Notification
CTGOV Maintainers
CTGov Orphan Report
CTGov Publishers
CTGov Transfer Notification
CTGov Transfer Notification NoUS
Didn't I already remove those? Perhaps you're not looking at CDR PROD.
Of course, you're welcome to do the manual pruning on the lower tiers if you want, but see my earlier comment on letting the refresh take care of it.
You're right. I was looking at them on DEV. Sorry about the confusion. Thanks!
