We'd like to generate a spreadsheet in order to identify which DrugReference blocks should be flagged as temporary for subsequent removal. We think there may be some patterns in the URLs that we could use for this purpose and may be more reliable than using the fragment from an associated miscellaneous document.
The spreadsheet should include a list of all DrugReference links in the DIS with the DrugReferenceType 'NCI'.
These are the columns we would like to have displayed:
CDR ID
Drug Name ('Title' element in the document)
DrugReferenceLink text
DrugReferenceLink URL
PostedDate
DrugReferenceType (this should always say NCI given the inclusion criteria, but it will be good to have spelled out in case we review this sheet again in the future)
DrugReferenceDescription (this is where we have been adding the fragment ID from the misc document)
Please sort the spreadsheet by Drug Name.
For the DrugReferenceDescription
column, you want the
text content for the element, not the cdr:ref
attribute,
right?
What should the report do with Insertion
and
Deletion
markup? For example,
{code:xml}
<DrugReferencePostedDate>
<Deletion UserName="barnsteadm" Time="Wednesday, September 22, 2021
10:45:08 AM"
RevisionLevel="approved">2021-08-26</Deletion>
<Insertion UserName="barnsteadm" Time="Wednesday, September 22, 2021
10:45:22 AM"
RevisionLevel="approved">2021-09-15</Insertion>
</DrugReferencePostedDate>
I went ahead and generated the report assuming the answer to my first
question (should I use the text content for the description element
instead of the cdr:ref
attribute?) was "Yes" and applying
the default revision level ("published") to resolve the
Insertion
/Deletion markup.
The report looks great and will be really helpful in determining which drug reference blocks we want to have the TemporaryLink element added to in the global. Christina and Mary will review the spreadsheet and we'll circle back when we're ready to proceed. Thanks!
We need to generate a fresh spreadsheet. Exclude links with "about-cancer" in the URL.
~bkline , could you please generate this updated spreadsheet?
Here you go. ocecdr_5031-1.xlsx
