Please modify the software for preparing XML of summary documents for export into Trados/World server to remove ResponseToComment elements from the generated XML.
Are you sure the software isn't already stripping
Comment elements already? If not, examples please. Moving
to Ohm because stripping of ResponseToComment elements will
need to be added to the script.
We reviewed a few recent XML files and only found examples of ResponseToComment being included. So, it looks like Comment elements are already being excluded. I will update the ticket accordingly.
I've made the requested changes to the following script:
get-english-summary.py
Now I just have to find out how I could test/run these changes. Is it called from within XMetaL?
You just invoke https://cdr-dev.cancer.gov/cgi-bin/cdr/get-english-summary.py. The user who invokes this has it bookmarked, as there has never been a request that it be installed in the admin menus.
Yes that is the link and I was going to post the link but Bob was faster. I will create a ticket to have it added to the menu.
