The GTC title filter truncates long titles and adds an ellipsis at the end. However, the ellipsis is also added when the definition text is shorter than 50 characters. In these cases we shouldn't be adding it.
The following filter has been updated:
CDR594604 - Filter title: DocTitle for GlossaryTermConcept

In addition to suppressing the ellipsis when a title is 50 characters or less I'm also removing unnecessary white space and newlines from the title.
The DocTitle filter has been copied to PROD.
