install elasticsearch==7.10.1
switch to port 9200
make any required schema changes
make any required software changes
test
promote up the tiers
The newer ElasticSearch library has been installed on all four tiers. The software changes have been made, checked into GitHub, and installed on DEV, running nightly from the scheduler. All four tiers have had the new ElasticSearch 7.9 databases populated. The new version of the software will be promoted when the downstream upgrades have been deployed, and the ES 5.x databases no longer require nightly updates.
The drug upgrade has been pushed out for an undetermined period. So in the meantime, I will create a scheduled job to run on the CDR DEV server to pull data from the CDR production server and push it to ncias-p2057-v each night until the drug API gets the upgrade.
