This will be an expensive report to implement as an Excel workbook if you want the rich text (inline italics, bold, colors) preserved inside the individual cells.

Ideally we would prefer to have rich text reversed but we can make do without it.

Hi, William.

In order to determine what approach we should take on this ticket, it would be helpful to have a conversation during the next CDR meeting in order to understand the enhancement use cases. As we have a couple of different ways to go about this, an understanding of the typical use case(s) and the frequency of these uses will help inform the approach decision and make it less likely that we'll end up leaving some use cases behind and necessitate additional enhancements that could have been handled more seamlessly as a holistic solution now.

I think I remember from last Thursday's meeting that you were planning to review the options for this ticket with William and finalize a decision on which one we should implement. Is that right? Thanks!

We decided not to move forward with this ticket.   has been made aware of this decision so I am closing the ticket. Thanks!
