In the Display by Board option of the Board Meeting Dates report, cancelled meetings should be struck through.
For example, the Supportive and Palliative Care meetings on May 2-3, 2019 were cancelled and should have a line through them. (This is reflected correctly on the "Display by Date" report option)
Fixed on QA2 and DEV2.
