~robin Reported that Pub Preview wasn't working. It appears it has broken since it worked yesterday. Pub Preview for summaries retrieve a blank web page.
I'm working on figuring out what's going on with OCECDR-4710. Audio works on cdr-dev2 but fails on cdr-qa2, so I'm having to experiment with the publish preview script on QA2 to figure out why, which is breaking summary PP on that server. It is starting to look like what we're getting back from the QA GateKeeper is broken, and you may have to test publish preview on DEV and trust that PROD will work if DEV works. I don't yet know if it will come to that, but for right now I would hold off on doing any testing which involved publish preview.
It appears that the QA gatekeeper is broken, with no plans for fixing it in the immediate future (remember, gatekeeper is going away before long, so it's not a surprise that people are reluctant to spend time caring for it in its retirement years). I have therefore pointed CDR QA2 to the DEV tier for all things WCMS. Please test publish preview (summary and glossary) again.
