We have one case where changes/markup have been accepted but not made publishable in module documents but the changes have made to Cancer.gov. Please take a look at
Module: 779360
Summary: 774921
If you go to the Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) section (https://www.cancer.gov/types/childhood-cancers/pediatric-genomics-hp-pdq#_1710_toc), that’s where a long of new text is located. A specific examples is the “Mixed phenotype acute leukemia (MPAL) cytogenetics/genomics” subsection, which is completely new (not published though) and displaying online.
I'm unable to identify any marked-up text in that specified section of the module. Has the document been updated and mark-up removed?
Yes, the markup has since been accepted but the document remains unpublishable. The previous version may show the markup.
I've created a sample on DEV and modified the module denormalization
filter. The document is CDR774921, the module is CDR779360. I've added
additional text to the current version ("DADA!!!")
The following filter has been updated:
CDR712005: Denormalization Filter: Summary Module
https://github.com/NCIOCPL/cdr-server/commit/01d931eba?w=1
Please verify on DEV/DEV2.
Verified on DEV. Thanks!
The filter has been copied to QA. I ran a before and after publishing job and identified no differences.
Please verify on QA and the I'll update the filter on STAGE and PROD.
Verified on QA. Thanks!
The filter changes have been copied to STAGE and PROD.
Closing ticket since this change is in PROD since October.
