Description

Please modify the DIS schema to include a new optional and multiply occurring Type of Change block.

The elements within the block should be

   New Doc – New Summary

   Revised Doc – Editorial Change

Revised Doc – New or Updated FDA Approval

   Revised Doc – External Links

   Revised Doc – Special Project

   Revised Doc – Other Change

2. User

3. Date

4. Comment

, at which position within the DIS would you like these blocks to be included?  For the summaries it appears the blocks are placed almost at the end prior to the DatedAction and the (now unused) PdqKey elements.  I'm assuming you may want the new elements also placed at the end of the document, either after the RelatedDocuments or the Comment element.

Which position would you all prefer?

Please place it after the Date Last Modified element and before the Processing Status Block.

The Type of Change block has been moved to follow the DateLastModified element.
