The interface of this report would benefit from some explanation (i.e., that the date range refers to the number of years for which you would like to view the changes). We would also like a way to view the entire history (maybe that's a separate check box?).
This needs discussion with the other Board managers so please do not begin working on this yet.
We would like to replace the date range field with two date fields representing a range that includes a particular date last modified, similar to what we have on the Changes to Summaries Report.
We would also like to have an option to view the complete history of changes to a given summary instead of selecting a date range. This may take a long time to run for some summaries so we should discuss whether this would be better as a batch report.

This is a minor point, but would it be possible to change the text "Changes made over the life of the summary" on this complete history report output to "Complete history of changes in the CDR"? As Victoria pointed out, for several of her summaries, the CDR does not cover the complete "life" of the summary. 🙂
