It looks like all the PP formatting is missing on QA. The left and right NAVs don't display and the whole page displays just like a regular QC report. It is not the case on DEV as DEV displays PP correctly.

I'm guessing your network isn't setup to access the DT server.

I was able to access the second link

but not the first link and yes, I am still having the same problem. Refreshing it did not work.
You should check with your network folks to ensure you are allowed to access the server www-dt-qa.cancer.gov. You're obviously blocked to access that server.

That was indeed the problem. The server is actually allowed on the site-to-site VPN but because of the weird setup we have, we always have to manually include the servername - ip address combination in the hosts file of our local machines and this one, in particular, was missing. After entering it, it worked. Thanks, Volker!
