It looks like the audio import tool is broken on PROD and QA. When I attempt to import files, I get a python script error. This is the error message from PROD.
"A problem occurred in a Python script.
D:\cdr\Log\tmpv1crkd.html contains the description of this error."
On which tier was that log file generated?
It was generated from PROD.
Thanks. I have found the cause of the problem. We can fix this in Joule.
We will try to get this through before Joule.
~bkline will try to get this on DEV by the end of this week.
~oseipokuw: can you test this on DEV?
Verified on DEV. It seems to be working. All the terms are already in the CDR so they were skipped.
OK, please give it a try on QA.
Verified on QA.
Ticket for deploying to STAGE and PROD has been submitted to CBIIT: NCI-RITM0143534.
~oseipokuw: if you can confirm on STAGE, we may be able to get this promoted before I leave town.
Verified on STAGE. Thanks!
It's on PROD. Please verify and close the ticket.
Verified on PROD. Thanks!
