Please modify the Date field of the "Create Translation Job" page of the summary translation workflow management tool so that it cannot be edited by users.

Yes. We have not finished reviewing it on PROD yet.
For the summaries queue, when a status is changed for a summary, the summary is correctly placed at the end of the queue. However, the date does not change. It retains the original date the summary first made it into the queue. The problem also happens on QA but we missed it then.
Please create a new ticket for Leibniz.
