The KeyPoint section for the PP reports are displayed in all caps which is different from the styling on Cancer.gov.
This needs to be fixed on the lower tiers.
The fix to display the emphasis and strong markup in KeyPoint titles as requested in the linked ticket has caused all of the KeyPoint titles that are part of the TOC KeyPointBox to be displayed bold and in all caps.
The fix to this bug is a change in the WCMS Summary filter.
Adding ~juther and ~oseipokuw to this ticket.
Please review this change on DEV. We want to ensure we're able to slip it in as part of the Hawking release or all of the summaries will display the ALLCAPS keypoint sections on Cancer.gov.
The problem appears fixed on DEV. I don't see the key points are displayed normally now.
Please also ensure to take a look at the KeyPoints within the regular summary text. Those should not have changed.
I did. They all looked good.

It looks like this issue ended up on PROD. KeyPoint sections are now
all caps on PROD.
Fixed on STAGE and PROD.
Verified on PROD. Thank you!
The issue with the all caps was fixed as indicated in the comment above but, unfortunately, I failed to provide Bob with the updated copy of the XSL that took care of the fix.
A big Thank You to ~learnb and ~bkline for handling the problem while I was out of the office!
Closing this ticket since it's already verified on PROD.
