Description

Last weekend the publishing job reported 2000+ terminology files added. It turns out the publishing job the week before ran into an error when processing/copying the Terminology files as part of the script CG2Public.py. A network error caused the processing of the terminology files to stop but the program itself did not cause publishing to stop. This resulted in the 2000+ Term files to be missing and then being added again with last weeks job.

The good news is that this problem has never occurred before in the 4 years it's running but the program should be updated to ensure all documents will be available on the FTP server.

This ticket can be closed because it's OBE (overcome by events). These events were Bob's rewrite of the publishing software. The program does now stop processing and submit an email message in case it finishes with warnings or errors.
