When you do a search in XMetal (Ctrl + Enter macro) in a summary or
glossary document for media docs, the search results include all the
different types of media docs we have (video, audio, and image). In all
cases, a user would be looking for just one of these media types. For
example, when in the Embedded Video element, you're looking for nothing
else but video but a search could retrieve several documents including
both audio and images. It would be helpful to make the search results
specific to the element within which a search is being conducted.
For example, in summaries documents:
Media Link = Images
Embedded Video = videos

Please remove Audio from the Miscellaneous Document search results so that only Images are included in Miscellaneous doc search results.
Sorry, I thought the spreadsheet called for including audio for links from MiscellaneousDocuments.
That is right. I made this new request upon taking a second look at it while testing. Unlike the other document types, we currently don't have either images or audios in Miscellaneous documents so we could have excluded Misc. Documents all together. I included Miscellaneous Docs only because the Media Link option is available in the schema and there has been some talk in the past of including an image in Misc. Docs on experimental basis. If this new request could pose a problem, we can leave it as is as I don't think it will hurt anything.
