CDR Tickets

Adding watchers and related tickets.

I've made filter changes to the following filters:

• CDR000134.xml: Vendor Filter: Term

• CDR505580.xml: Vendor Filter: DrugInfoSummary

These changes are in my CTS sandbox.

Hi Amy,

As discussed at our CDR standup today, I looked at the publishing changes from last weekend pushed to BLUE and the DrugInfoSummaries have been updated. The link in the section “Clinical Trials Accepting Patients” now points to the new search page (i.e. Lapatinib Ditosylate):

The reason why this link didn’t get updated is because BLUE was updated from PROD and the new terms don’t exist on the CDR DEV server and therefore couldn’t get updated.

As discussed at our CDR meeting yesterday, I will need to get instructions on

• which summary types will need to receive an updated link

• for which summary types do we want to drop the Clinical Trials Section

• what should be the format of the new trials link and

• we need to modify the misc. docs used to create the clinical trials sections

Here is the list of Misc docs that have been updated and made publishable with the new text on DEV.

648328 English Patients
648325 English Health Professionals
648326 Spanish Health Professionals
648327 Spanish Patients

The text for the misc. docs currently gets picked up using the _treatment, iact, screening, etc. attributes. The misc. docs have been modified to add a new section with the attribute _all since the text is now very general and will be used for all summary types.
The following filter has been updated in order to change the Clinical Trials information:

• CDR000157: Vendor Filter: Summary

Please note: These changes can be viewed on DEV by running the PublishPreview report.

It doesn't look like the changes have taken effect yet. We are still seeing the old text instead of the new general text on DEV.

If you were looking this morning then you are correct. We have updated the same filter on DEV yesterday for our fix for the HP/Patient toggle which overwrote the changes for this ticket.
I will have to update the filter again before you can take another look.

I've updated the filter again. Please take a look and let me know if you can see the new text now.

Documents are currently being processed to display the new link to the Clinical Trials Search page.

The filters have been updated on PROD and summaries have been reprocessed to update the Clinical Trials Search link.
