It looks like the video animations we have in Glossaries and Summaries are being blocked from displaying in Publish Preview. We used to be able to see them but now we are only seeing blank spaces where the animation would normally go. The caption meanwhile is displayed correctly.
Here are some sample documents.

I'm adding ~bkline as a
watcher to this ticket because we just put the "IE opens in background"
ticket on PROD. I don't see how that ticket could be related to this
disappearing video problem but it's one of the few things that recently
changed.
However, it is more likely from what I can see at this point that a
recent front-end queue release may have broken the display of videos for
PP. I will follow that road first.
I've talked to ~learnb who confirmed that this problem is related to a recent front-end (architecture change) release that should have gone hand-in-hand with a GK release. The problem requires a gatekeeper release to get fixed.
Adding Amy as a watcher to make her aware of the dependency.
Looks like I can close this one since the video content is displaying in PP now.
Correct, this ticket can be closed as it had been fixed with the GK Agassi hot-fix release.
Verified on PROD.
