I often run multiple QC reports and/or Publish Preview at the same time for one or more summaries since they take awhile to come up. I do this on PROD all of the time, but it isn't feasible on STAGE. However, it does work to run each report separately (one at a time) either by using the toolbar icon or by calling them up in the browser.
This is a minor issue since it's not affecting PROD, but, as we discussed in today's status meeting, it would probably be good to know what's causing the problem.
The summary we tested with is Genetics of Breast and Gyn. Cancers - CDR62855.
I recently had CBIIT increase the memory on STAGE so that it matches what we have on PROD. Can you test to see if you can do what you need to do on STAGE now?

I was able to get multiple QC reports to come up (testing with 62855 and 552637) but I couldn't get PP to come up for CDR62863 at the same time (I got a "page cannot be displayed" error). Same thing for PP of CDR62855 - this couldn't be done if I was attempting to run another summary at the same time. I tried running PP for CDR62863 and CDR62855 again, each on its own with nothing else running and each came up.
We've decided not to implement a solution to run multiple QC reports at once since this seems to just be affecting the genetics summaries. Closing ticket.
