Please modify the URL Check report user interface to allow users to run the report by summary type. Also modify the interface so users have the option to run the report based on a single summary.
With regards to the display of the report, please change the
following column headings:
"Doc Type" to "CDR ID", "Source Doc" to "Stored URL " and "URL" to
"Problem" and "Problem" to "Element"
So, they will appear in this order:
CDR ID | Stored URL | Problem | Element |
We would like to keep the following doc types:
Citation
Clinical Trial Search String
Drug Information Summary
Glossary Term Concept
Miscellaneous Doc
Summary
For summaries, please add check boxes for Boards, audience, and language.
Please also add the ability to run this report for a single CDR ID.
I have this implemented on DEV. This used to be such a simple report! :-)
Seriously, there's a lot of complexity here (probably more than should have been squeezed into a single report). Please start testing soon and thoroughly. I will be astounded if there aren't a few bugs, and I'd like to have them found and fixed as quickly as possible.
I've added a couple of things that weren't in the original request, largely for my own benefit in testing and debugging (though you might find at least some of them useful yourselves).
a checkbox to run a quick sample report (avoids the batch queue and lets you throttle how many URLs to check and how much time to spend)
a checkbox to log additional information (this will help me figure out what's going on if what you're seeing doesn't match what you expect)
a checkbox which lets you control whether invalid certificates are reported as problem URLs
a checkbox to control whether redirects are included or excluded in the list of problem URLs (this is for OCECDR-4216)
radio buttons for any language and any audience (something you asked for in the previous ticket related to this report, but was never implemented)
the ability to control the request timeouts for fetching URLs (something we discussed in the status meetings)
None of the extra things I threw in added significantly to the complexity of the software – that's all in the base requirements for the more sophisticated selection functionality.
The report appears to be broken as any combination I choose results in the following error message "cannot import name URLCheck"
Fixed. Please try again.
It is working correctly now. Thanks for the additional options you included. They are helpful, especially the quick sample report. I tried all the different combinations and options, and everything appears to be working fine. However, we will do additional testing on DEV and I will let you know if we find any bugs.
Please correct the typo on the mismatched page title version of this report ("misatched"). Thanks.
Done.

It looks like I am not only user at CIAT who has access to this report. Everyone else is getting "Not authorized to run batch reports " error.
Add anyone you want to run the report to the Batch Report Users group.
This worked. Thank you!
Verified on DEV.
Verified on QA.
