We decided in the review meeting yesterday to create this ticket for Bob to look into possibilities of modifying the terminology import tool to conform to the new HTTPS mandate.
I did some investigation, and searching their site using an https:// URL works fine, but their API won't talk to us over HTTPS yet, so we'll have to hold off on this. Won't be hard, though. I believe there's only one place to fix in the NCIThes module.
We hit this the other day and plugged in the fix.
