There is a minor bug in the new GovDelivery report. The report is always running in TEST mode resulting in the email distribution list of the report to be ignored.
There may be additional changes needed in order to reduce the number of trials reported each week.
Adding Amy as a watcher.
This report not need to be modified as indicated. However, the users decided not to use the report anymore as is because too many trials are included in the output.
So ~volker – just to confirm: all that remains to be done for this ticket is to remove the GovDelivery report (which I should do as part of the rollout of the new scheduler), right?
I would double check with Kevin Broun on this. It's not absolutely clear to me if Kevin doesn't want any GD Trials report at all or if he still wants the report but with different criteria. The problem was that his group wanted a list of about 10-20 trials per week to include into a newsletter but the number of trials the current report produces is too large.
Agreed! ~BKline, let's try to catch Kevin in person tomorrow morning to discuss. Thanks!
~BrounK: can we sit down some time at your convenience to talk about possible approaches to this report (GovDelivery). Perhaps ~DuganAl and/or ~volker might want to join us.
Looks like we both had the same idea at the same time, ~DuganAl!
Let me check with Lorna as to what we want this report to be, or if it's still needed. The GovDelivery bulletin for clinical trials has taken a different direction, in editorial terms.
I spoke with ~BrounK and we determined that the GovDelivery Clinical Trials report is no longer needed.
Since the report is no longer needed there is no need to fix the bug identifies.
Closing issue.
