When switching between tiers of the CDR servers, you're prevented from logging in the first time even if you provide the correct credentials. It doesn't matter if you're switching between PROD and QA or DEV. Two error messages (attached) are displayed and after dismissing the messages and trying again, the first error message is repeated but right after dismissing it, the files are refreshed and the login works. It appears not to be intermittent as other errors we've seen recently,
This is a bug in the ClientRefresh.py service.
