We are getting the following error message when trying to retrieve a protocol refs report for (ALL) Pediatric Treatment summaries. Selecting all other summary types and leaving all other options at the default selections appear to work. The exception is selecting Pediatric Treatment. Running the report on individual summaries works for Pediatric Treatment summaries though. The error happens when you attempt to run the report for all Pediatric Treatment summaries.
"Failure retrieving Summary documents: Invalid length parameter passed to the LEFT or SUBSTRING function."
I'm wondering if this issue is related to OCECDR-4077.
That is possible because when you select ALL English summaries, the same error is displayed. However, Selecting ALL Spanish summaries works without a problem. Also, other Summary Reports with the option to select ALL work fine without any problems :-).
This was resolved as part of a fix for changing the CAM Board name to IACT.
