Similar to how we've recently done with the Summaries Lists report (OCECDR-4020), we would like to add options for the display of modules to this report.
Please add an option to display summaries & modules, modules only, and summaries only (default). Thanks.
Adding this to Darwin IT-2 since we took out OCECDR-3894
Rewritten and ready for review on DEV. As far as I can tell, the display by topic avoided showing summaries which had no board members linked to them. Am I right, and do you still want this behavior?
Hi Bob,
Victoria and I looked at this together and we noticed a couple of things. Do you have a minute to stop by so I can show you?
Thanks,
Robin
As we just discussed:
1) Please reconfigure the interface to avoid checkboxes and radio buttons in the same block.
2) Please display all topics of the selected type (summary, module, or both) when the "group by topic" is shown, regardless of whether there are any assigned Board members. This will help us identify which topics need reviewers.
Thank you!
Modified as requested.
The new interface looks great - thanks!
However, there are some blocked and temp docs displaying when I have "Publishable" selected. For example, when I run the Adult Treatment Editorial Board and Group by Topic, the following summaries are included in the list of results:
Bile Duct Cancers [BLOCKED] (757014)
Esophageal Cancer Treatment*BLOCKED* (763423)
Hodgkin Lymphoma Treatment During Pregnancy*BLOCKED*
(62766)
Ovarian Epithelial, Fallopian Tube, and Primary Peritoneal Cancer
Treatment *TEMP** (772340)
The "Publishable" display should exclude docs that have never been marked publishable AND docs that are currently blocked.
Ah, sorry. I thought you'd want the same approach as represented by the answer you gave me to the same question for another report we just modified. Will modify this one.
Blocked documents are now excluded when publishable is selected.
Verified on DEV. Thanks!
Verified on QA.
Verified on PROD.
