Similar to what we've recently done with the Summaries Lists report (OCECDR-4020 and OCECDR-3991), we would like to add options for the display of modules and unpublished summaries to this report.
1. Please add an option to include Unpublishable summaries (default is to include publishable summaries only).
2. Please add an option to display summaries and modules, modules only, or summaries only (default).
Modules should appear in a separate table when the option to display both summaries and modules is selected.
Adding this to Darwin IT-2 since we took out OCECDR-3894
The existing version of the report includes all summaries which are not blocked. Is that what we mean by "unpublishable" in this context?
No, I mean documents that do not have a publishable version.
Ready for review on DEV.
Verified on DEV. Thank you!
As we just discussed:
1) Please reconfigure the interface to avoid checkboxes and radio buttons in the same block.
Thanks!
Modified as requested.
The new interface for this one looks great, too - thank you.
However, I'm seeing some (but not all) of the same blocked/temp docs listed under the Adult Treatment Editorial Board when I run it for "Publishable" docs. The "Publishable" display should exclude docs that have never been marked publishable AND docs that are currently blocked. (sorry, I previously thought we just needed to exclude docs that didn't have a pub ver, but I'm now seeing that isn't adequate.)
I'm also confused by the titles of some of the summaries. This report appears to be displaying the title from a version other than the CWD. For example, "Esophageal Cancer Treatment*IN PROGRESS" (CDR763423) on this report is "Esophageal Cancer TreatmentBLOCKED*" in the CWD in the CDR on DEV.
I'm getting the title from the /Summary/SummaryTitle element of the CWD if you don't care whether there's a publishable version, and from the latest publishable version if you require there to be at least one publishable version. Is that not right?
I think it's best (and less confusing) to use the title that's in the CWD. (I think the other report - PDQ Board Members & Topics - is already doing this.)
Title is now always pulled from the CWD, even if we only want a report of documents with a publishable version. Blocked documents are now excluded from reports unless non-publishable versions are explicitly requested to be included.
Verified on DEV. Thank you!
