The trials received from CTRP no longer use the same facility name for trials conducted at the NIH clinical center, so string matching on the facility name no longer identifies all of these trials. It has been determined that since NIH has its own postal code, looking for trials with at least one facility with the postal code beginning "20892" will produce as reliable results as we can expect (short of having the Clinical Center trials flagged in the upstream documents downloaded from CTRP, which isn't an option right now).
