Our vendor filters are adding the IncludedDevices/ExcludedDevices
attribute to some of our summary sections in order to suppress
displaying those sections on the mobile site. With the release of the
NVCG, however, the mobile and desktop site are identical and the
attribute is currently ignored.
A new attribute value is being created in order to handle sections that
should be suppressed on the desktop and/or mobile version but included
for the syndication.
Filter changes are needed to handle the display of the section properly
for each "device".
Volker will talk to Bryan to find out if we can close this ticket.
