Description

There are certain summary sections that shouldn't be shown on the website anymore but should still be included for the syndication storefront (and for the distribution partners).
Bryan wants to use the IncludedDevices/ExcludedDevices attribute for this change. The CDR needs to send a value of 'syndication' to Gatekeeper for sections to be dropped from Cancer.gov but included for the syndication.

Added valid value "syndication" to ExcludedDevices and IncludedDevices types.

: I noticed that you've move some of the tickets for Feline to a different release. Does that mean you need me to back out my changes from the source code control branch for the Feline patch?

I have backed this change out of svn.

I have removed the "Feline" target for this ticket. Do any of the watchers (I've added and ) know if this request is still needed at some point in the future, or should we close the ticket as "won't fix"?

Let's double check with when he returns as to whether there is logic in GK expect this.

If I recall correctly, I believe we left in logic in GK in case this scenario comes up again. It may also be optional so it doesn't break anything if you do remove it from CDR. We have the code and can always revive it if needed.

Yes, there is logic in GK in the filter DeviceFilter.xslt, CommonElements.xsl, etc, which processes the data differently if the attributes exist. Obviously, the logic is optional as we currently don't provide the attribute in our XML output.

Good enough of an explanation for me! I'm closing this as Will Not Do.
