Bonnie is unable to run Advisory Board summary mailers on production. She is repeatedly receiving a message that IE cannot display the webpage, although she received another message that said:
Unable to identify permissions for user. Has your session timed out?
I'm not sure if this is related to the known connection problems we've been having.
Do you know if this was tested on the lower tiers? If so, were the tests successful?
I don't believe this was tested on the lower tiers. It was on the list of test cases for the testing at CIAT, but we were unable to test it there since it requires scripts that are on Bonnie's computer.
Another case of the wrong name for the right server.
The following script has been updated on DEV and is ready for testing:
R11969: SummaryMailerReqForm.py
Ready for QC
Who might be in a position to test this?
I am testing this. I may ask Bonnie to test it on her computer, too.
I've copied the changes to QA for testing.
Verified on QA.
If this has been verified on PROD we should be able to close this issue.
Although the job runs successfully, Bonnie is still having trouble printing the files with the "RunPrintJob" command and locating them (they save to the d:\ drive on the server). I think Bob is planning to stop by her desk to take a look at her computer, so I am reassigning this to him and reopening it.
I looked at Bonnie's system briefly on Thursday. I'll continue tomorrow.
User tested and confirmed fixed
