Bonnie submitted a summaries mailer job this morning around 9am and it is still being processed in the CDR. She usually gets an e-mail soon after she submits the job indicating that she can go ahead and print the mailer. She tried resubmitting the mailer but was unable to do so since the existing mailer was still being processed. This is very unusual for it to take this long (over 2 hrs so far) - any thoughts?

I believe the mailer job # is 10264.

Looks like the job finished shortly before noon.

The mailer process is running now. It was stopped because BACH had been rebooted last night due to a patch and for some reason the publishing service needs to be manually restarted every time our server is being rebooted. That's what I've done now.
