Kim has asked if it would be possible to provide CDRIDs (and CTEP/DCP IDs if possible) for a set of 340 trials that they have that don't have CDRIDs. The list is attached.
Here is Kim's email:
Hi Margaret-
A number of trials (340 to be exact) in CTRP that are CTEP or DCP trials do not have a CDRID related to them. I have the list attached here. We were hoping that using the NCTID, that the CDRIDs could be provided, as well as the CTEP or DCP ID if present.
Is this something PDQ can provide? Once we have the list, they will be added to our trials programmatically.
Thanks,
Kim

Some of the trials are still in InScopeProtocol documents, and others are now CTGovProtocol documents. In the former, CTEP and DCP IDs are identified unambiguously. However, NLM's data structures eliminates ID type information, so we can't get the CTEP or DCP IDs for those trials. For this reason (among others) I created a separate sheet (so as not to wipe out CTEP or DCP IDs which CTRP had collected independently) rather than overlay the original sheet with replacement columns.

Bob-
Just a quick question on this now that I've had some time to do a little
digging.
Trials 584341 and 535593 are both CTGov documents. I read your comment about CTGov striping distinctions for IDs, but both of these trials still have the IDs with distinction in the PDQAdminInfo section.
CDR0000584341
<PDQAdminInfo><PDQProtocolIDs>
<OtherID>
<IDType>DCP ID</IDType>
<IDString>URCC-06-06</IDString>
CDR0000535593
<PDQAdminInfo><PDQProtocolIDs>
<OtherID>
<IDType>CTEP ID</IDType>
<IDString>7354</IDString>
Is it possible to requery the list and look in that section of CTGov
documents for the matching IDs?
Thanks!
Kim

I'll have to reindex all of the CTGovProtocol documents, as we've never been asked to use those elements for any reports before. Will take a while. I'll rewrite and run the report again after the reindexing job has completed.

Thanks, Bob. It did help fill in some gaps.
