The new zip code table has been updated on MAHLER and is ready for review.
Here are the changes for the past few months:
NEW THIS MONTH
For August 2012 the US Postal Service added 1 new 5-digit ZIP code,
deleted
3 existing 5-digit ZIP codes, and renamed 0 existing 5-digit
ZIPcodes.
Added 34071 M DPO, AA
Deleted 09721 M DPO, AE
Deleted 96220 M APO, AP
Deleted 96259 M APO, AP
The number of active ZIP codes is 41,854
OTHER RECENT CHANGES
For July 2012 the US Postal Service added 2 new 5-digit ZIP codes,
deleted
2 existing 5-digit ZIP codes, and renamed 3 existing 5-digit
ZIPcodes.

The number of active ZIP codes is 41,856
This month the USPS deleted 863 non-approved alias city names. These
deletions
were spread across all states. Customers of databases containing
alias
city names, such as ZIPList5, ZIPList5 Max, and ZIPList5 Plus should
expect to
see a concomitant reduction in the record count for this and subsequent
months.
For June 2012 the US Postal Service added 2 new 5-digit ZIP codes,
deleted
1 existing 5-digit ZIP code, and renamed 4 existing 5-digit
ZIPcodes.
