I am raising the priority of this issue to a P4. QC reports for new CTGov trials are coming up empty with just the "<" sign showing. Example: 738308

Older ones display the correct information but they include codes like "@@NOPDQINDEXING@@"
"Updated by @@UPDATEDBY@@"
"Date @@UPDATEDDATE@@"

It looks like this is same for Person and organization QC reports:

Example: CDR664650

"@@ACTIVE_APPR0VED_TEMPORARILY_CLOSED_PROTOCOLS@@
Closed, Completed Protocols @@CLOSED_COMPLETED_PROTOCOLS@@
Health Professional Summaries @@HEALTH_PROFESSIONAL_SUMMARIES@@
Patient Summaries @@PATIENT_SUMMARIES@@
In External_Map Table @@IN_EXTERNAL_MAP_TABLE@@ "

There is only a 'CTGov Protocol QC Report' available from XMetaL but you're saying the 'Full QC Report'.
Am I looking at the wrong report?

No. You're looking at the same report. My apologies for the confusion.

It appears that part of the problem (at least the problem listed in Comment 1) is a result of the new 'Conversion to Word' changes.
I will fix this tomorrow once I identified the problem with the missing study IDs.

I've updated the following filter on MAHLER and FRANCK:
CDR346703.xml - CTGovProtocol QC Report - R10592

This fixes the original problem of missing data elements.

I've updated the program
QcReport.py - R10602

This should take care of the problems described in comment #1.

This is ready for review on MAHLER.

Actually, the Study Type is still not displaying so please don't promote yet until it is fixed and I have verified it. In the original post, there was a typo so Study Type was not clearly spelled out and I failed to correct it.
