Bob,
Is it possible to take care of this one for us ASAP? The trials have been out of sync for a while. Please, let me know if you want me to increase the priority to P3.

Is this request comparable to the one represented by issue #5111 and several others for which I have used the ConvertDuplicateTrialToTransferredCTGovProtocol.py script? If so, can you provide the input data in the same format we've used for those issues? If not, can you identify similar previous requests we've had which match this one?

Of course, thanks for jogging my memory.

Looking at the list, it doesn't appear that you're using the same ID pairings as I see on the list itself. For example, CDR0000066587 shows up on the list with NCT00001706, not NCT00019513. Similarly, CDR0000067220 appears opposite NCT00001820 instead of NCT00019786. I don't see NCT00019513 or NCT00019786 on the list at all.

That is correct. I thought you would be able to use either the CDR ID or the NCT ID to remove them from the list. I believe in all cases the CDR ID would be on the list. Please, let me know if you want only a list of the NCT IDs. In case you're wondering about the discrepancies’ in the NCT IDs, NLM has swapped some of them and so they are currently duplicates on CTGov.

At that point, I was prepared to ignore the NCT IDs in your list and just remove the lines whose CDR IDs matched the ones you gave me. But then you wrote:

> Please, let me know if you want only a list of the NCT IDs.

And I realized I don't really understand the request after all. If you give me NCT IDs that are different from the ones on my list, what would I do?

No. I wouldn't give you NCT IDs that are different from what you have on the duplicate list. I was going to use the CDR IDs (which should all be on the duplicate list) and copy the corresponding NCT IDs on the duplicate list and present them to you so you are going to have only a list of NCT IDs on the duplicate list.

OK, I went ahead and used the CDR IDs, ignoring the NCT IDs.
