Could we get a spreadsheet with the following information for the trials listed in the attached spreadsheet
For each row with CDRID, the matching PDQ Primary ID and the CTEP/DCP ID and the NCT number. Also provide the Primary Lead Org Status and Status Date.
They need this to help them determine which records they need to review per the FDAAA update.

Yes. It looks like we have a report like the one you described above. The only difference is that we do not have a separate field for CTEP/DCP ID. All alternate ids are grouped under one column -'Alternate IDs'.
The report has three tabs:
Lead Org (Active)
Site (Active)
Lead Org (Not Active)

I think the report is good. Is there a way we can make it so that the PDQ UI is the full CDR identifier that we send to CTGOV.
