WE need to add Blocked documents to the report of new and changed media docs that gets sent to Kevin Broun. There are several images that need to be taken down from Visuals Online.

In order the Media documents that have blocked during a week to the weekly report for Kevin, we would need to be able and identify when a document gets blocked. However, we don't store the date when a document gets blocked and we already came across this issue in the past (see OCECDR-2705).
For a Media document that gets blocked to be removed from Cancer.gov a separate Hotfix-Remove request will also need to be submitted because the Media documents are being selected for publication indirectly (only publish those that are linked to). Since we've recently implemented a report for CIAT (as part of OCECDR-3056) to indicate documents that are blocked but still need to be removed from Cancer.gov, I suggest to add the Media documents to this report. This probably should have been done when the report was created originally.
This change, however, will not address the original request to notify
Kevin whenever a Media document is being removed from Cancer.gov.
We could implement a monthly or quarterly report to just list all
blocked media documents or we need to modify the system to capture
date/user information for when a document gets blocked.
This should be a topic to discuss on Thursday.

I forgot to mention that I've created an ad-hoc report on BACH to
display all blocked media documents indicating which of those are still
on Cancer.gov.
The query is named:
